The RCO (full name: Rifle Combat Optics) is a low powered riflescope used by NATO forces in ArmA 3.

Design Edit

The RCO is one of the more common attachments seen mounted on the MX series used by NATO infantrymen.

It has a backup red dot sight fitted above the primary scope for use in close encounters. The main scope has a magnification strength of 2x and a fixed zeroing range of 300 m, while the backup red dot sight is set to a zeroing of 200 m.

Camouflage Edit

  • Black: Standard matte black finish. Commonly used by Mediterranean NATO forces, and CTRG operators on occasion as well.
  • Khaki: Light khaki green paint finish. Exclusively used by Pacific NATO forces.

Trivia Edit

  • The RCO is based on the real-life "Mark 4 High Accuracy Multi-Range Riflescope" manufactured by Leupold Optics.
    • The top mounted red dot sight on the other hand is based on Leupold's "DeltaPoint Reflex Sight".
